Kurtis is a health and fitness coach based in Ireland. He has a passion for helping busy professionals through all stages of their lives. Kurtis wants to educate his clients to have the skills to maintain sustainable healthy habits for life. He offers personalised nutrition and lifestyle coaching for real life situations.
Kurtis helps high performing executives who no longer want to let business success get in the way of their health. He has helped clients see that they can both improve their health while sustaining high performance in their respective fields
Education
Kurtis has an honours bachelor’s degree in Sports and Business Management from the Technological University Dublin. He spent 4 years studying in depth theory modules and gaining experience within his practical modules working with a range of clients.
Kurtis also spent 2 years gaining level 2 certification in Nutritional Coaching from Precision Nutrition. Kurtis is extremely passionate about consistent self education.
Kurtis keeps up to date with latest research in health fitness and nutrition. This enables Kurtis to have a rounded view on topics and a well equipped tool box to help the variety of clients he works with. Kurtis spent 5 years working in a high profile gym in South Dublin. The PT department within this branch was the highest performing year on year during his time there. Kurtis was recognised as the fastest growing trainer within the already high performing team
Experience
Kurtis also works in a corporate setting. Kurtis has presented at wellness weeks for companies including Circle K Ireland. Kurtis also runs company wide health and wellness courses for any size of companies including Amryt Pharma.
Kurtis clients include CEO’s, managing directors and executive’s of several companies including; Circle K Ireland, Armyth Pharma, Workhub Group and Glenveagh Properties.
Kurtis also works with high level professionals including solicitors, lawyers, surgeon’s, doctors and accountants.
